This programme does actually work and supports a permanent life style change to be healthier. I have lost more than 10kg so far and am continuing to follow the plan. How was your experience with the programme?
Eye opening. Gave me a way to finally control my weight after a lifetime of weight problems. I finally understand the impact of a high sugar/carb diet on my health. My acid indigestion has gone away, my skin has improved, I now need a lower dose tablet to control my blood pressure and feel happy most of the time. I didn't realise just how unhappy I was before.

Is there any other feedback you would like to leave?
All trainee doctors should follow the programme so that they have a deep understanding about the problems associated with sugar.
