Most of our professional coaches, offer 1-to-1 sessions. These sessions are designed to really identify what matters most to you and to then tailor the sessions to your own goals.

Postural Assessment

Sessions: 1
Details: Charlie will give you a full postural assessment, identifying muscular imbalances and weaknesses to work on to reconnect and re-align the body.
Who is it for? All ages 18-100.
What do you need? A computer with video access and suitable footwear, that’s it!

Health and Fitness Coaching

Details: Maintaining strength, staying mobile and fit and protecting our muscles as we age is a vital part of longevity. Charlie specialises in strength training, weight loss, primal flow, core stability, pre and post natal exercise, postural correction and injury rehabilitation so whatever your health and fitness goal, Charlie will tailor the session to your fitness levels and help educate you on the tools you need to optimise they way you move, look and feel.
Who is it for? All ages 18-100.
What do you need? A computer with video access and suitable footwear, that’s it!

Cooking Low-Carb Meals

with Emma Porter
Sessions: 1
Details: Several days before each session, Emma emails out a list of common ingredients to go and buy. Then, during the course, you will cook alongside Emma (virtually). Emma describes it as, 'cooking, learning and laughing too'.
Who is it for? All ages 18-100.
What do you need? A computer with video access. Basic cooking utensils including mixing bowl(s), chopping board, grater, wooden spoons, weighing scales, frying pan, saucepan, oven, 2lb loaf tin (if cooking bread) and baking sheets. And a love of delicious, healthy food, of course!

Reversing Your Type 2 Diabetes
