How to Delete Your Data & Remove the Clubwell App

We’re sorry to see you go! If you wish to delete your data and remove the Clubwell app, follow these steps:

If you want to remove your personal data from our system, please follow these steps:

Go to the Settings section in the Clubwell app.
Navigate to Account > Delete My Data and follow the instructions.
Alternatively, you can contact our support team at hello@clubwell.co.uk to request data deletion.

Once your data is deleted, this action cannot be undone.

To remove the app from your device:

On iPhone: Press and hold the Clubwell app icon, tap Remove App, then select Delete App.
On Android: Press and hold the Clubwell app icon, tap Uninstall, then confirm.

If you have an active subscription, make sure to cancel it through the App Store or Google Play to avoid future charges.
