Charlie Babb is an award-winning movement coach and online trainer who helps people optimise the way they move, look, and feel.
His passion is to inspire as many people as possible to move more, to re-inhabit their bodies to become strong, resilient, mobile, and pain free and to create long-lasting change amongst his clients.
His approach to training focuses on building solid foundations through addressing functional strength, mobility/flexibility, and cardiovascular fitness to achieve a body that moves well and performs efficiently.
With over 10 years' experience within the health and fitness industry, he educates people on how to establish sound posture and develop fundamental skills that have been unlearnt and lost through bad daily lifestyle habits.
Moving more mindfully, playing more intentionally, and growing more naturally is at the heart of what Charlie stands for.
