I’m passionate about helping people help themselves to experience life in a happier way. I’ve been a Health Coach for four years, with the last three years for the NHS. Over that time I’ve helped many patients and clients lose body fat without hunger. I’ve helped people gain control of their blood sugars and to help feel better about themselves.
When people find the foods that they like to eat that also improve their health then magic happens!
I get great satisfaction hearing about the progress made. I’ve also worked outside of the NHS, coaching clients one-to-one. Additionally, I have delivered group workshops about the benefits of eating lower carb/real food to companies and to groups of NHS patients. I’d be happy to help you too!
