Corn oil is extremley refined and high in inflammatory omega-6 fats that should be avoided on a Primal diet. While corn oil comes from soybeans and corn, it isn't good for our health and there are many healthier alternatives when it comes to oil. When we heat these type of oils, they become easily damaged, and as a result can clog up our arteries.
