Step 2: Begin by immersing yourself in the MARS book. As the saying goes, "Learn to walk before you run." The various videos crafted by our team will equip you with a deep understanding of the four core disciplines: Movement, Aerobics, Resistance and Stance.
This foundational knowledge not only ensures optimal results but, paradoxically, will for sure fast-track your fitness journey.
Step 3: After reading, turn to the self-assessment section in the book. This will guide you in selecting the right program for you. If in doubt, start with the basics and gradually challenge yourself with more advanced programs.
