Okay, so when it comes to food, cut out the ultra-processed stuff.

The reason I mention that – 50% of diets in the UK are ultra processed food.

Whole foods, vegetables, oily fish, olive oil, a handful of nuts every day... These are the things that should be the base. Get your good nutrition. Avoid & cut out refined sugars, refined carbohydrates. And the rest doesn't really matter...

So if you get that right from the start, your'e most of the way there.
