Celeriac chips are so simple to make. Peel the celeriac and then cut into thin chips. Then toss in olive oil and salt and put in the oven. It's that simple


  • Celeriac
  • Olive Oil (6 tbsp)
  • Salt (1 tsp)

How to Cook

If you cut them really thinly, then there is no need to parboil them. However, if you prefer them big and chunky, then parboil first.

Set your oven to about 180 degrees, toss the chips in oil, then spread out across a baking tray and sprinkle on lots of salt. Sometimes I like to rub on paprika too!

Cook for around 25 to 35 minutes, depending on how crispy you like them.
