Simple and quick to create, full of flavour and goes great with cream cheese or pate. Once cooked, cut as thinly as possible.
- Coconut Flour (1 heaped tbsp)
- Almond Flour (1 heaped tbsp)
- Milk (1 tbsp)
- Baking Powder (1/2 tsp)
- Salt (pinch)
- Garlic Powder (optional)
- Olive Oil (drizzle)
If you are allergic to almond flour (nuts), then just double up on the coconut flour and as it soaks up more moisture, so add a tablespoon of cream.
Put everything in a bowl and give a really good stir. Then leave the mixture in the bowl or even put into a coffee mug (a similar recipie is called mug bread elsewhere) and put in the microwave on full for about 90 seconds.
