A delicious, creamy, indulgent, low carb hot chocolate with no added sugar. This drink is delightful at any time of day or night. It is high in healthy fats and incredibly low in carbs. A drink that will keep you full and that ticks all the chocolaty boxes. Cocoa powder is high in minerals, enzymes and antioxidants. Just be careful to buy the purest, single ingredient cocoa with no added sugars or additives.


  • cocoa (15g)
  • powdered sweetener (15g)
  • double cream (50g)
  • hot water (200ml)
  • 85% chocolate (10g)


In to a mug, place the cocoa, powdered sweeter and whisk together. Add in the double cream and whisk to a thick paste.
Now add in the boiling water, whisking as you do so. Your hot chocolate will be thick and frothy. Taste it and add more powdered sweetener, if needed.
Add in an optional square of dark chocolate.
