Christmas dinner wouldn't be the same without a little cranberry sauce and who says you have to tuck into the sugary artificial stuff? Not us! Not only is our 4 ingredient cranberry sauce incredibly easy to make, but it's also 100% natural and still tastes the same. To make our Primal friendly cranberry sauce we've used fresh cranberries, the juice of an orange, a little raw organic honey and a tablespoon of coconut sugar. That's it! We also didn't use a blender. Simply pop your ingredients into a pan and heat for 10 minutes.
- Fresh cranberries (160g)
- Orange (1, juice only)
- Raw honey (50g)
- Coconut sugar (1 tbsp)
Pop all your ingredients into a pan and bring to a slight boil. Simmer for 10 minutes until you reach a sauce texture.
Once cooked, leave your sauce to cool and then pour into a sealable jar and keep in the fridge for up to a week.
