Thanks to konjac noodles, you can now pretty much make any Thai or Italian meal your family desire. Like virtually nothing is now off the table while living a low carb, real food lifestyle. There are lots of different ways to cook a prawn linguine, but here is my tasty, tangy recipe.
- Prawns (300g)
- Konjac Tagliatelle (400g)
- Cherry Tomatoes
- Garlic (4 cloves)
- White Wine (1 glass)
- Lime Juice (3 tbsp)
- Corriander (1/2 cup)
- Chilli Flakes (sprinkle)
Add a glass of nice white wine and 3 tablespoons of lime juice to your saucepan and bring it to the simmer, next add your chopped garlic and shallots. Slice your cherry tomatoes in half and depending how firm you want them either add them to the pan early or, add them towards the end.
Next add the tagliatelle and prawns and stir for around 2 minutes. All bar the garnish your 'e done!!
