Dinner
Sea bass cooked with delicious Asian flavours to bring your tastebuds to life.
Ingredients
Sea bass
- Two sea bass fillets (190g, each)
- Chilli (1/2, finely chopped)
- Garlic (2 cloves, diced)
- Raw honey (1 tbsp)
- Ginger (1 tsp)
- Fish sauce (1 tbsp)
- Coconut oil (2 tbsp)
- Lemongrass (1/2 stalk)
- Fresh coriander (Handful)
- Fresh lime (Wedges to serve)
Method
Add the chilli, garlic, honey, ginger and lemongrass into a saucepan, pour in the fish sauce and
coconut oil and cook gently.
After 5 minutes or so add the fish and cook as desired. If you like to leave the skin on (which is
incredibly healthy), spend more time cooking with the skin in the oil.
Once plated, cut the lime into 4 quarters, squeeze one quarter over each fish, and to make it look authentic serve the
other on the plate. Sprinkle on the coriander and you're good to go.
Serving suggestions: Combine with Primal rice (page 191) or Primal mash (page 190) or with
roast vegetables (page 189).
