A delicious "tiffin" style bar that is free from nuts, grains and gluten. It is incredibly low carb and Keto friendly. Something you can adapt to suit your tastes and requirements. Great for a snack on the go, a lunchbox or for having in the fridge for whenever required!


  • toasted coconut flakes (75g)
  • toasted mixed seeds (200g)
  • 85% chocolate (80g)
  • powdered sweetener (1 tbsp)
  • coconut oil (40g)
  • freeze dried blueberries (5 tbsp, optional)


Preheat the oven to 200C and line a baking sheet with parchment.
Spread out the mixed seeds and pop in to the oven for 5 minutes before adding the coconut flakes. Bake for a further 2 -3 minutes until fragrant and slightly golden. Do not overcook!
In to a glass bowl, pop in the chocolate and melt. Add in the coconut oil and combine the two together.
Add in the powdered sweetener, toasted coconut, freeze dried blueberries and mixed seeds. Mix together.
Add the mix in to a greased square baking dish and pop in the fridge to set. If you want them to be longer and thicker then you could pop them in to a loaf tin.
Cut in to squares when completely cold.
