This is a fresh, flavour packed dip which goes perfectly with fritters, crudit�s, roasted veg or over a salad. A great dip for those looking for a low carb alternative to hummus.



  • olive oil (2 tbsp)
  • Greek yoghurt (250g)
  • smoked paprika (1 tsp)
  • lemon (1/2 juice)
  • chilli powder (1/2 tsp)
  • red fresh chilli (1/2 finely diced)
  • sea salt (a few pinches)


In to a pan, place 1 tbsp olive oil over medium heat and add the spices with a pinch of sea salt. Cook for a few minutes to let the flavours infuse before removing from the heat.
Allow to cool.
In to a serving dish, add the Greek yoghurt and stir in the spices, olive oil, another pinch of sea salt, red chilli and lemon.
Serve straight away or pop in a sealed container and serve when required. Consume within 5 days.
