A taste tantalising explosion of flavour and spice. Absolutely delicious baked in the oven, popped in the airfryer or why not try them on the bbq. Prawns are a nutrition power house. Incredibly tasty and quick to cook.

  • large king prawns (160g)
  • smoked paprika (2 tsp)
  • olive oil (1 tbsp)
  • sea salt (pinch)
  • chilli powder (1 tsp)
  • apple cider vinegar (2 tsp)
  • garlic puree (2 tsp)

Method

In to some water, submerge wooden skewers.
Pop smoked paprika, olive oil, sea salt, chilli powder, apple cider vinegar and garlic. Mix together well to form a paste.
Add in the prawns and cover them in the mix. Leave in the bowl in the fridge for as long as possible (if you can do a couple of hours before serving, even better).
Once you are ready to cook, preheat your oven. Use your skewers to add prawns, one by one on to the skewer.
Pop on to a greaseproof sheet and bake for approximately 8-10 minutes until piping hot.
Serve immediately.
