I would describe good quality olive oil, looking at the data and all of its effects on the body as 'like a medicine', to be honest.

And, if you think about that kind of potential volcano that's about to erupt in the arteries, and you see that kind of fire burning, I would say to explain it: You have the olive oil with your vegetables and all your fish etc and it's almost like dowsing the flames of that fire.

It's about stabilising what's already there to reduce the risk of that causing you problems down the line.
