Keto friendly, grain and gluten free buttery berry cobbler. A taste and texture sensation. Simple, easy to source ingredients. Perfect served with our custard recipe or fresh cream.
- mixed berries (250g)
- powdered sweetener (2 tbsp)
- water (4tbsp)
- lemon juice (1 tbsp)
- ground almonds (200g)
- butter (4 tbsp)
- granulated sweetener (1 tbsp)
- chopped nuts (4 tbsp)
- ground cinnamon (1 tsp)
Preheat oven to 180C.
Add the berries to a bowl with sweetener, 4 tbsp water and lemon juice.
Pop in to a baking dish.
Place in the oven for 10 minutes.
While the berries are bubbling in the oven, add the ground almonds, butter, granulated sweetener, chopped nuts and ground cinnamon to a bowl and using your hands bring the mixture together to form crumbs.
Remove the berries from the oven and carefully add the crumble topping.
Bake for a further 10-15 minutes until bubbling and golden.
Leave to cool for 5 minutes before serving. Serve hot or cold.
