A super quick, one pan dish that takes next to no time to make and prepare. It is delicious. One for sharing with friends or family. Something that you can whip up in minutes, that will keep you full and give you lots of nourishment along the way. In this recipe we are using the konjac tagliatelle as it is 0 carbs and 0 cals and the perfect addition to this dish.

Ingredients

  • cr�me fra�che (200g)
  • cooked salmon (140)
  • mushrooms, sliced (40g)
  • fresh chives, chopped (handful)
  • black pepper (twist)
  • Konjac tagliatele, drained (1 box, 280g)
  • olive oil (glug)

Method

In to a wok, add a glug of olive oil and mushrooms. Cook until soft.
Add in the salmon, cr�me fra�che, tagliatele and black pepper. Cook for approximately 2-3 minutes on medium - high heat so the dish is piping hot.
Serve and add a sprinkling of fresh chives.
