Stodgy, chewy, cheese packed waffle. Simple to make. The addition of konjac flour in this recipe is vital as it helps the recipe to bind and gives it the same waffle like consistency.



  • mature cheddar cheese, grated (50g)
  • fresh parmesan, grated (15g)
  • large egg
  • full fat greek yoghurt (50g)
  • konjac flour
  • fresh chives (1 tbsp)


Preheat your waffle machine
In a mixing bowl place grated cheddar, parmesan, large egg, full fat Greek yoghurt, 1/2 tsp fresh chives and mix together well.
Carefully add in the fibre flour and mix through. Do not over addd fibre flour as the mix will go too thick and you will end up with the wrong consistency.
Open the waffle maker and carefully spoon in to one side until all the mixture is used.
Shut the lid and cook for approximately 5 minutes.
Once cooked, remove, add the last few chives and enjoy.
