Breakfast | Keto | Autophagy Friendly
This is a really simple breakfast, but totally delicious. Great if you are in ketosis and promotes autophagy.
Ingredients
- Eggs
- Spinach (Cup)
- Bacon (3 rashes)
- Mushrooms (Cup)
- Salt & Pepper (Pinch)
Method
First chop up the bacon into small pieces then fry it. Then add in the chopped up mushrooms and finally wilt the spinach. Then let it all cool down.
Next beat the eggs. Then get a shallow oven safe dish to make the frittata. I actually use the lid off my casserole dish. Put in the oven at 180C and cook until the egg rises. If you like cheese, put it on top and then put back in oven for a few minutes.
