This sauce is a delicious Thai sauce for heating up dishes such as cauliflower, chicken wings and fish dishes.
Ingredients
Fiery Primal Thai Sauce
- Sriracha Sauce (80ml)
- Fish sauce (3 tbsp)
- Chilli Flakes (2 tsp)
- Olive Oil (5 tbsp)
- Honey (2 tbsp)
- Homemade Sweet Chilli Sauce (3 tbsp)
- Stevia (1 tsp)
- Apple Cider Vinegar (3 tbsp)
- Lime Juice (3 tbsp)
- Geletine (1 tbsp)
Less Fiery Primal Thai Sauce
- Sriracha Sauce (3 tbsp)
- Fish Sauce (3 tbsp)
- Chilli Flakes (1 tsp)
- Olive Oil (5 tbsp)
- Honey (2 tbsp)
- Homemade Sweet Chilli Sauce (3 tbsp)
- Stevia (1 tsp)
- Apple cider Vinegar (3 tbsp)
- Yogurt (3 tbsp)
Method
I get my Sriracha Sauce from M & S, but most supermarkets are now starting to stock it.
Put all of the ingredients together in a bowl (including the Olive Oil) and mix together. To thicken the sauce you can add either gelatine or glucomannan. this amazing sauce lasts about 3 days in the fridge (although i haven't tested storing the less fiery version) and freezes for up to six months.
