Less Fiery Primal Thai Sauce

  • Sriracha Sauce (3 tbsp)
  • Fish Sauce (3 tbsp)
  • Chilli Flakes (1 tsp)
  • Olive Oil (5 tbsp)
  • Honey (2 tbsp)
  • Homemade Sweet Chilli Sauce (3 tbsp)
  • Stevia (1 tsp)
  • Apple cider Vinegar (3 tbsp)
  • Yogurt (3 tbsp)

Method

I get my Sriracha Sauce from M & S, but most supermarkets are now starting to stock it.

Put all of the ingredients together in a bowl (including the Olive Oil) and mix together. To thicken the sauce you can add either gelatine or glucomannan. this amazing sauce lasts about 3 days in the fridge (although i haven't tested storing the less fiery version) and freezes for up to six months.
