This is a super quick keto friendly meal. There literally is no prep time and the end result is tasty and nutritious.


  • Gammon (200g)
  • Konjac Spaghetti (200g)
  • Moroccon Spice Mix (sprinkle)
  • Butter (2 tbsp)
  • Black Pepper (to taste)


Simply melts the butter, add the gammon and cook for about 10 minutes. Add the spaghetti to the same pan, add the herbs and black pepper, cook for a further minute and your done.
