This is a really tasty starter that is really quick and simple to prepare. It delights the tastebuds of all lovers of Asian cuisine.


  • Bell Peppers
  • Minced Pork (500g)
  • Coriander (handful)
  • Ghee (1 tbsp)
  • Indian Mixed Spice (2 tbsp)


If you have pre-made your Indian spices (see recipe under sauces), this dish is super quick to prepare.

Simply fry up your minced pork in ghee and add your spices. slice the top off your pepper.

Once the pork is cooked, add it in to the pepper and cook in the oven for about 20 minutes at 200c.

Garnish with coriander.

Tip: If the pepper will not stand up, slice a tiny amount from the bottom to make it flat.
