The ultimate fudge. This is such a simple recipe, with an amazing taste and texture and full of added fibre. The perfect low carb treat.


  • smooth peanut butter (120g)
  • ghee (50g)
  • Konjac flour
  • powdered sweetener (18g)
  • vanilla paste or essence (1/4 tsp)


In to a small pan over medium heat, add the peanut butter and ghee. Bring to a low simmer. Add in the vanilla and powdered sweetener.
Remove from the heat and stir in the fibre flour.
Pour straight in to a silicone mould and add any extras, such as chocolate chips / nuts etc.
Pop in the fridge and allow to cool and solidify. Once solid, remove and cut up.
Keep in the fridge until required.
