Breakfast | Snacks

This breakfast is super high in protein but low in carbs and cals. The perfect breakfast for a post workout or if you are keeping a close eye on your macros. Egg whites are really nutritious and easy to cook with, they are also lower in calories. Blueberries and cinnamon add a delightful sweetness.


  • egg whites, whisked (4 large)
  • blueberries (handful)
  • ground cinnamon (1 tsp)
  • dark chocolate (15g)
  • cottage cheese (1 tbsp)


Into a greased frying pan over medium heat, add your blueberries and soften for a couple of minutes.
Whisk up the egg white, cottage cheese.
Add to the pan the egg white mix and sprinkle with cinnamon.
Cook for a few minutes until the egg begins to lift away from the pan.
Fold up and slice in half.
Add some chopped up dark chocolate and serve.


Use the egg yolks to make custard (in the dessert section!)
