A really simple savoury pancake style roll. These are great for adding anything to. You can then roll them up with any of your favourite savoury extras, slice and enjoy.



  • ground almonds (30g)
  • arrowroot (35g)
  • cream cheese (65g)
  • water (60g)
  • egg (2 large)


Preheat your oven to 180C.
Grease a silicone baking sheet or a large square silicone baking dish and pop it in the oven for about 5 minutes.
In to a glass bowl place the cream cheese, eggs and water. Whisk together. Now add in the arrowroot, ground almonds and chives. Mix through.
Remove the baking sheet and carefully pour the batter on to the sheet in an a4 size shape. You can alternatively use this mixture to make savoury pancakes if you don't have the correct baking sheets (if you are doing pancakes then cook them as you would a normal pancake).
Pop in to the oven for 5 minutes until the batter has cooked through. Remove from the oven and carefully peel off the baking sheet. Add all your ingredients and roll up.
Slice along the length and serve.


I like to serve with a red pepper pesto and gouda cheese.
