A low carb pasta dish tossed in a delicious homemade creamy pesto sauce & served with tender chunks of chicken. This is a quick and easy dish for all pasta lovers alike!


  • Chicken breasts (2 cups)
  • Basil pesto (1/2 cup (use our homemade recipe))
  • Full fat cream (1/2 cup)
  • Konjac noodles (2 packs, rinsed and drained)
  • Toasted pine nuts (1 large handful)
  • Black pepper (to taste)
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Parmesan cheese (to serve)


Begin by cooking your chicken in the oven for 20-25 minutes at 190c.
While the chicken cooks, prepare the homemade pesto using the instructions on our Primal Living app.
Once done, add 1/2 cup of pesto and full fat cream to a frying pan on medium to low heat and slowly mix together. Once combined, drain the konjac noodles and add them to the pan. Bring the pan to medium heat and keep stirring.
Once the chicken has cooked, slice and add it to the pan and stir again to combine all ingredients. Season with salt and pepper and sprinkle a handful of pine nuts on top.
Serve with a grating of parmesan cheese. Enjoy!
