This dish literally can be cooked in three minutes start to finish. Minimal washing up as it can all be cooked in one pan and it is totally delicious and nutritious. Plus while you are getting plenty of good omega and fibre, you're totally avoiding carbohydrates. You can make your own Moroccan spice mix or buy one pre-made from the supermarket.

Ingredients

  • Tuna Steak
  • Konjac Penne (200g)
  • Moroccan spice mix
  • Butter (3 knobs)

Method

Place the butter in a saucepan over a high heat, dice your tuna or if you prefer it as a steak leave whole, add the penne, add whatever spice mix you like, I love it with my home-made Moroccan spices. Keep turning with a big spoon and once the fish is to your desired liking, whether that be pink in the middle of cooked throughout, remove from the pan and serve immediately. If you have fresh herbs in the kitchen serve with these too.
