  • King Prawns (150g)
  • Minin Scallops (180g)
  • Konjac Noodles (400g)
  • Butter (3 knobs)
  • Coriander (handful)


In one pain this masterpiece can be created in under four minutes. First melt the butter and add the prawns and the scallops and which ever flavouring you are using. As the fish begins to cook add the noodles and keep stirring. Serve and add a sprinkling of coriander for an authentic Thai taste. Not only is created in minutes, there is little washing up.
