These overnight "no-oats" have all the comfort in a bowl of a "normal" bowl of oats. They are comforting, rich, creamy and indulgent. The ingredients are low carb, so they don't spike your blood sugar. You can add whatever topping you like. We love adding homemade berry jams. Make this before you go to bed and you will wake up with breakfast excitement.


  • almond milk (150ml)
  • desiccated coconut (15g)
  • ground almonds (15g)
  • chia seeds (15g)
  • milled nuts (15g)
  • ground cinnamon (pinch)


Combine all ingredients and mix together well. It will seem loose, but will thicken.
We suggest giving it at leas one hour, but if you can leave it overnight, then even better.
Serve with chopped nuts, berry jam, homemade chocolate spread etc.
