Dinner | Fibre

This is an awesome dish especially for those winter months. That said, it is so delicious you will probably have your friends asking for it all year round. And, it is a great way to get more offal onto your life.


  • Beef (400g diced)
  • Pork Kidney (200g diced small)
  • Carrot
  • Onion
  • Tomato Pure (1 tbsp)
  • Garlic Pepper (1/4 tsp)
  • Konjac Flour (2 tsp)
  • Thyme (1/4 tsp)
  • Beef Broth (1 or 2 cups)
  • Red Wine vinegar (2 tbsp)
  • Cauliflower (1 small)
  • Olive oil (Drizzle)


Brown off the beef and then the kidney in a frying pan on a medium heat. I use olive oil to brown them, but then shake the oil off the meat before adding to the slow cooker.

Chop up the onion and carrot and add to slow cooker. add the meat and kidney once browned and then add all ingredients together. add just enough broth to cover the meat.

When it comes to the topping there are several options, you could make a primal pastry, but I prefer to put a thin layer of cauliflower mash.
