These 7-ingredient Primal Pancakes are free from dairy, refined sugar and grains. Made with both coconut and almond flour, expect these pancake to be fluffy, light and just as delicious as the classic pancake recipe.



  • Ground almonds (1 cup)
  • Coconut flour (1/4 cup)
  • Stevia (2-3 tbsp)
  • Baking powder (1 tsp)
  • Eggs (5, large)
  • Milk of choice (1/3 cup)
  • Coconut oil (1/4 cup, melted)
  • Vanilla (1 1/2 tsp)
  • Sea salt (1/4 tsp)


- Whisk all ingredients together in a bowl or food processor until smooth. (Batter should be the consistency of typical pancake batter. If it's too thick, add a little more milk. Don't add too much, or the pancakes will be too wet.

- Preheat an oiled pan on the stove over medium-low to medium heat. Drop the batter onto the hot pan and form into circles. Cook until bubbles start to form and then flip and continue to cook for 1-2 minutes until brown. Repeat with the rest of the batter.
